The only joystick interface MPlayer has, IIRC, is the linux /dev/js*
interface. In that, you can assign as many buttons as your drivers
recognize to arbitrary mplayer commands through input.conf file.
As for windows, someone should give MPlayer joystick input support
through DirectX or whatever it's input equivalent is. I'm not going to
be that someone, however.
