[MPlayer-cygwin] motion pixels moviecd codec in mingw?

Just for giggles, what are the access rights to the file under cygwin/mingw as opposed to those in XP itself?
(Looking for the -rwx-w--w- style syntax, with user/group included).

Have you tried making the dll owned/grouped to Administrator?  Just theories, mind you, but it might do the trick... Also, try switching the executable flag and try it, otherwise it may need other things setup in mplayers 'internal' registry, which I know nothing about really.
