[MPlayer-cygwin] more recent win32 builds?

After all, everything is tested by 'configure' script.
This is why I sent a patch to include CFLAGS passed  to configure when
doing library detection and so on.
If CFLAGS=-mno-cvgwin ./configure says the library can be enabled, then
this library will work without cygwin stuff.

Then tell me what remaining unix thing needs emulation.
