[MPlayer-cygwin] gmencoder win32 porting started

gmencoder is a gtk2 gui for mencoder/mplayer

this week I started the win32 port.
To continue and test my work I need a mencoder win32 executable with 
lame and libdvd support enabled.
I've attached a shot...
