I ignore all Win9x Products - they are not worth installing.
WinNT seems to be better, but perhaps cygwin should think about some
buffered output - but i guess that's far more complicated than we might
think.
An alternative could be using RXVT.exe which is a GUI terminal and might
not have the problem that the "native" Win98 Console may have.
