[MPlayer-cygwin] DVDs not playing with Cygwin

Following the list,
I have seen that some enhancements have been done in DVD playing
with Cygwin.

But today mplayer still refuses to play DVDs on my WinXP station.
attached : systemdetails, bugfiles.tgz (needed config files), and the
mplayer log.
