[MPlayer-cygwin] Is it worth compiling mplayerforperformanceimprovement?

I have always wondered how to get rid of this..  Isn't there a #ifdef
HAVE_DVB/DXR2/DXR3 missing in the code somewhere?  This should be
skipped if no hardware decoder card was enabled with configure.
