[MPlayer-cygwin] DVD reading hangs

Trying to set dvd-device '\\.\g:' as Sam suggested,
DVD starts to be opened.
(I sent a patch to update the docu.)

But the image displayed is only garbage and the reading stops.
(DVD drive is not active anymore after this).
I tried with another DVD, it dosnt display anything else bad NAVI
packets. (which plays OK under Linux with mplayer)

"q" key doesnt let mplayer quit.
I must do ctrl-c or kill the mplayer process.
