[MPlayer-cygwin] Unable to play SVQ3 video

Thanks, works great after recompiling it with --enable-qtx-codecs.
Time to update the doc and packages on mplayerhq ?

1- update cygwin entry saying that only qtmlclient.dll is needed.
2- put a link to the cygwin entry into the Sorenson codec howto to
cover this special case.
3- put qtmlclient.dll on packages page
