[MPlayer-cygwin] libfaad mingw compile problem

compiling libfaad_2.2.0_rc1 works 4 me with the 2 files attached
./bootstrap <-- returns OK
./configure <-- gives an error about xmms, ignore it
copy the 2 files attached in the libfaad subdir
./make

voila
