[MPlayer-cygwin] faad2 support on mingw port?

using the MPlayer dev-CVS-030630-12:15-3.2 (C) 2000-2003 -rpßd Gere÷ffy (see DOCS)
mingw port, how would one get faad working? 

also, for anyone interested getting mplayer to work globally (in any directory) across win2000
in command prompt...

put mplayer in some dir (i used c:\programs\ )then go to control panel > system >
advanced> enviroment variables> then  make a new variable PATH for your user
or for system, and pop c:\programs\;C:\programs\mplayer in there. (changes dont take
effect until you reopen your command prompt)


mplayer works wonderfully on windows, now to figure out how to make it my default program
for opening files/streams and i will be super happy ;0
