[MPlayer-cygwin] [NOVIRUS] Mingw32 Port + ogm + libogg/vorbis for mingw32

I've made libogg and libvorbis packages for mingw32, also I've prebuild 
working binaries.
All of my stuff are here: http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php
The compile process need some tweak, but finally works.
Menu osd still doesn't work.
Mplayer win32 works smothly but a gui is needed :)
I'm not very happy on win32 programming (I hate mfc, my little progs are 
pure gdi),
but a complete gui for mplayer will be a pain to made this way.
