[MPlayer-cygwin] Cygwin CPU detection

Hi!

If your CPU gets misdetected on Cygwin, this might be because 
/proc/cpuinfo now exists on Cygwin, but the output uses "vendor id" 
instead of "vendor_id", which we check for in configure.  I sent the 
Cygwin guys a patch that was immediately applied:

If you have problems wait for the next Cygwin release or change 
"vendor_id" to "vendor id" in configure.
