Well, I have it installed, it seems to have a dlopen() problem with the libs tho.  Not sure if this is due to them being true linux libs or what.  I found an interesting app on a group I am on, it claims to convert dlls into libs.  For copyright reasons, I cannot send to the group, let me know if you want to take a look at it.  It really does not have much to do with cygwin, per se, but it may be a good RE app to see inside the QT SVQ3 dlls maybe...
