Guys,

I submitted a patch that will _hopefully_ be applied for us.  It fixes the SDL config.mak issues, and adds a couple things to be autodetected better for our environment.  If you are not on that list as well, please let me know and I can send it along to you.

Description of patch:
1) fixes non-detection of Xv (if installed)
2) fixes non-detection of iconv (if installed)
3) fixes SDL_LIB and SDL_INC for cygwin
4) fixes AA_LIB if X11 is found
