[MPlayer-cygwin] SDL and mplayer

Thanks for advice. This isn't obvious.
Talking with cygwin list reveals that sdl-config must be tweaked on
cygwin to make applications compile. The reason is that several -lxxx 
flags must be added to ensure correct linking for Windows API calls.

I will send an email about it to the SDL guys.
