Well, actually I myself would need someone to test it in
general (when I try to change the Windows DPI settings
in basically always results in such a mess it's hard
to try it out, plus the /PM part can only be tested on
a multi-monitor Windows 8 setup with screens with significantly
different DPI - a bit of a challenge).
I couldn't even figure out how to validate our XML,
thus I realized I don't really know if it actually does anything.
