Maybe I missed when it was discussed: is there a good reason not tu just run
ffmpeg's configure with selected options? A quick test shows it works if
--enable-gpl --enable-postproc are provided. The major difference I see is
that MPlayer likes to enable external libraries automatically, but surely
something can be worked out.
