The following work fine:
rv20winrp10, rv20, divxds, divx, mpeg4ds, mpeg4, wmv7, wmv8, wmsdmod, mss1,
wms10dmod, m3jpeg, mjpeg, LEAD, indeo5ds, indeo5, indeo5xa, indeo4, indeo4xa,
rv3040, ra10cook, racook

mcdv works for some samples, crashes for tests/data/vsynth1/dv*

avid crashes, wmvvc1dmo crashes on exit.

rv30, qdv, m3jpeg2k, rv20win and divx4vfw look broken, but do not crash and I
suspect they were always broken.

(Why is there no binary decoder for rv10?)
