This breaks playback of samples/avchd_lite_14s_playback_speed_problems.MTS
(progressive, IP only) with the native demuxer.
Playback of video is ~double speed now (audio plays correctly, desync is
increasing).
I suspect that -demuxer lavf was broken before the patch (it works now), but was
hidden through the -mc 1 default.

Works fine with ffplay, ffmpeg and mplayer -demuxer lavf
