I tried to come up with a proper solution by renaming our definitions.
But the problem is that some parts (ao_dshow, ...) should use the
definition from the Windows headers, it is probably better to also
not rename it in the loader/ code and I simply can't even compile
test a lot of the code.
So finishing it up would take a good bit more time and I don't think
I'll have any of that in the near term.
