Seems to work now, yes. Thanks very much; this fixes one of the few
remaining nagging problems I've had with MPlayer.

I don't normally use dvdnav, and I'm not even sure where to look for
subtitle options on the discs I'm testing with, so I'm not sure I can
easily help there. If I do get a chance to confirm anything one way or
the other, I'll try to let you know.
