Oh, actually I just wanted a quick test if -sid 200 works to disable,
and only meant to say that for DVDs it probably is reliable.
Still, -nosub should be fixed.
r29732 might do that, though I fear that dvdnav might be even more
thoroughly broken (though I have always needed custom hacks to make
subtitles work in any way at all with dvdnav).
