Compilation on MinGW64 should now mostly work,
--disable-vidix --disable-liba52 --disable-tv-dshow
and manually disabling VCD support should be all that is needed.
The VCD check should be fixed to check for "#include <ddk/ntddcdrm.h>",
patch welcome.
