Thank you for the hint,
Since PAFF in asf isn't so common anyway, I changed the logic to something you
probably had in mind.
Note that both flv and mpeg (ps) are still broken for some samples, but since
they are less common and everybody seems to like correct-pts, I don't mind so
much.
