it matters to the people who add new vo's using the x11 code, including
the nvidia vdpau patchset. but i see your point about code
duplication changes, its not been added to the changelog previously.

it could be changed to "removed unnecessary code from vo x11,xv,xvmc" if
you wish?

also the changes to vo_wii might have introduced bugs and i dont think
diego has been testing his changes on a wii. it can be changed to
'factorize code in vo_wii'.
