Very reasonable people like Mans and Ramiro spoke up in very reasonable
ways.  Their comments have been noted for the future, problem solved.

Note that this is MPlayer, not FFmpeg.

The last thing we need is another bikeshed discussion, much less with
Ivan where it will surely degenerate into flames.  And there is no
pissing contest going on here.  I already said that I don't care
which way it gets spelled as long as it is consistent.
