Right.  And this was decided back then by Guillaume, who maintains the
Xvid documentation.  I just noticed that some places had been overlooked
and fixed them quickly.  I routinely do these sorts of changes and do
not remember any to have caused controversy before.  Somebody may have
commented, but surely nobody got "infuriated" and reverted my actions.
