make it "use -std=gnu99 that break gcc 3.3 ...."

I think Diego objects on the word "intentionally".
He didn't put gnu99 to break apple gcc, he put it because .... he is
on debian and... header documentation.... incomplete...
Well, I donno why, but it wasn't intentionally, it just broke.
And no this is not good enough reason to remove the gnu99,
it haven't broke anything else, that matters, yet.

After all who cares about some ancient compiler on some obscure platform.
