As a grep will tell you, you simply completely disabled the -xineramascreen
option (except -1/-2 values).

I seriously doubt anyone cares who reported this bug, it would be much
more interesting to know _what_ that bug is supposed to be, because it
is almost certainly PEBKAC.
Note man mplayer:
