I can only second that. uau repeatedly ignore the rule, and repeatedly
ignore complains about it. What next, will we just see svn rm gui
appearing on the list? IMHO ppl _clearly_ not ready to abide by the
rules, as is the case here, don't deserve an svn account. They can
still send patch and let ppl who responsibly use their account commit.
