ow=[depth[:luma_strength[:chroma_strength]]] (other options have no effect yet)

larger depth will denoise lower frequency components
speed should be proportional to the depth parameter

Its not that you shouldnt use gotos but rather that you should write
readable code and code with gotos often but not always is less readable
