While I did clean up some parts of the libaf code as part of the changes
it's far from a complete cleanup, so I think that entry is exaggerated
and could be removed.

If the changelog is meant primarily for users the dec_audio entry
probably doesn't say much to them either. The only obvious difference
the users are likely to notice is not getting occasional "audio data
lost due to buffer overflow" messages when changing playback speed.

The af_scaletempo entry should say something about what the filter does.
"maintains audio pitch when changing playback speed" perhaps?
