The distribution already includes N drivers. It makes no difference to
disk space usage or memory usage whether they're in the same file as
MPlayer's main binary or different files. People building their own
MPlayer can exclude the drivers they don't need either way.

I don't mind supporting both static and dynamic loading, but there's
no reason dynamic loading should be a prerequisite for using vidix.
