The MPlayer license headers could use a cleanup, this just fixes the
most glaring mistakes. If you look at the complete headers, not just
the diffs, you will notice that they were referring to mpeg2dec in 2 out
of 3 cases, the third one often being GNU Make. This does not make any
sense at all, so I made it consistent.
