please try -demuxer lavf when testing new ffmpeg codecs

mplayer -dvd-device MOTHRA_VS_GODZILLA.ISO dvd:// -demuxer lavf
-ac ffac3

works for me.

also would someone be kind enough to add the SoC codecs to codecs.conf
some users have already asked about this.
