...you're right, that concluding sentence wasn't there the last time I
had occasion to examine that page. In that case I'm not sure what more
can be done to prevent the problem, short of putting in a bounce rule
(with appropriate explanation message) for any message which does not
claim to be a reply to another message and does not originate from the
commit-notification script...
