My quoting might be a bit confusing. I wasn't talking about the tags
mentioned in this commit log but the branch folders.If there was a need for rc1try2 I would copy to a new branch from the rc1
*tag* since it is the latest, final state. For example, Roberty applied a
final change to configure (I left that out in my quoting, sorry) which is
not available in the branch.
As I understand the subversion concept, branches are more or less
temporary. But this is arguable of course.
