I know DVDNAV_LIB was properly set and included into the Makefile.  But

-framework for Darwin/OSX builds are ignored for some reason.  So I had 
to add -L/usr/local/lib -ldvdnav to --extra-libs to resolve 
UDFFindFile.  I should try this again for --enable-dvdread and other 
combinations, and figure out why any -framework flags cut off any 
following -L/-l parms on the cmd-line.
