I need to update the XML docs... Do I stand correct that if you set
-lavcopts vcodec=xvid, it's XviD library that is used though
libavcodec? Kinda like lame mp3 encoder lib that can be used directly
by mencoder or though libavcodec?
When using Xvid, isn't it always is own rate control that's used? You
can switch between RCs when using lavc codec?
Just to make myself clear:
-lavcopts vcodec=xvid => xvid codec, xvid rc
-lavcopts vcodec=lavc => lavc codec, xvid or lavc's rc depending
on vrc_strategy?
