For the record, Win32 code and ifdefs has been borrowed from libmpdemux/rtp.c.
I have absolutely no idea whether it actually compiles/works or not and it could be really fine
if someone can check this out (at least that it doesn't break compile).
Some more piece of code might need portability against Win32, I'm really not aware at all
of Winsock2 way of working.
