Please not that this is not a fix but only a hack that may or may not
work, and will probably look quite weird with DVDs that have e.g. both
AC3 and DTS (have not tested yet though).
The only real solution to this is to get rid of demux_aid_vid_mismatch,
e.g. by adding and id field to the sh_audio and sh_video structs.
