Well, probably we can call it historical reasons. I think pre-C99 (or
more precisely not-yet-completely-C99) IIRC were (are?) for some reason
more likely to have inttypes.h than stdint.h. I believe this was the
case with BeOS back then, but I might be making something up here.
Also, we have in /etc/inttypes.h a stub for that one, but not for
stdint.h.
IOW: It's a just-to-be-safe thing I don't feel strongly about, but I'd
prefer to replace them if nobody objects.
