i fully agree, i never was in favor or rebuilding the repo for fun, thats
also why i insistet on an external for libswscale instead of the proposed
repository merge move mess

well, yes and no, there would be 100 people knowing it but still we should

it never was a statement of fact, you can very well move files or content
of files with cvs, simply by add/remove or copy/paste or by "uglier" means
