I second that.

And one more thing that seems to passed unnoticed.
"Borrowing" from file and then putting ONLY your copyright on it, is
as close to copyright infringement (read stealing) as I can possibly
imagine.  If I understand correctly You haven't wrote all this code,
you just added nice formatting and some (minor) modifications.
You are good developer and you don't have to do such fullish things.

So, saying sorry is not enough, when you can actually fix your mistakes.
And never-ever put only your copyright over code that is not fully yours.
