I think ascii is better. If we ever get someone from iceland
who writes his name as ðorolf griðuþhen or something like that,
which is latin derived, it'd be much better for those who can't
actually type and for those who don't know what the funny
letters mean, if there was transliteration.

Hm.... I'm not very familiar with stuff. But is CJK an encoding
or just abbrevation for a language family? I thought it was well
established by now that AUTHORS uses UTF-8 encoding.
