the best solution for http/ftp streaming (that sucks) is just have a 
separate "just headers+index" nutfile.

A dirty but effective solution could be have some logic to use chained 
nutfiles.

(is the idea of having nutfiles headers only to allow fast file recovery 
still valid?)
