I think the expected function of this filter is to _enhance_ the image. 
What's wrong if it tries not to spoil it by default? I added an option 
to enable filtering even for H264, so if you like to watch people 
without faces, you can enable it anyway via fspp=-4 or -5.

I am lazy, what else :) And I didn't really expected such a flame over 
this issue.
