Don't dare to!

I'm against writing up rules, without trying them first.
And there are far too many reasonable objections.

Actually I don't think the benefits worth the troubles .

Despite looking pritty will these messages do something useful.
(unless we recover the cvs from maillist)



I do agree that 10l messages should not be allowed.

I agree with reimar, that cvs log message should be one line long,
maximum 2.
If it fixes bug that is accounted in bugzilla then the number should be pointed.
