It would probably be worthwile that mpeg4 standard officially allows no more 
than 128 frames between keyframes and it's probably a good idea to use that 
in order to avoid decoding errors (Image going green/pruple/...) on decoders 
with different precision idct (like eg. Hardware MPEG4-Decoder chips from ESS 
and Mediatek aus used in DivX-Standalones)
